ASC Info and Bookings
The Arts Student Centre has four bookable study rooms
BOOKING RULES:

Each booking can be up to two hours long.

If you would like to change your room after you've booked one, please cancel your original booking through the confirmation email and make a new booking.

Please limit yourself to one booking session per day at the ASC.

Please keep the rooms clean and tidy. Do not remove any furniture or stationary from the room.

The Arts Undergraduate Society reserves the right to modify or delete any bookings.
This booking system is intended for individuals. If you are an AUS club looking to book a space for your event, please get in touch with our Bookings Administrator at: ascservices@aus.ubc.ca

Event Bookings
NOTICE: We are no longer accepting event bookings at the Arts Student Centre (ASC) for the 2024-2025 Winter Term EXCEPT for AUS and AUS-affiliated Club events.
For reference, see below for details on how to make a booking, what amenities are available in the building, and if booking rates apply. While Arts groups receive priority, other groups can book the ASC for their event needs providing the event is in line with the AUS.
Building booking requests must be made at the latest 2 weeks in advance.
